Day 1 DEPART FOR AUSTRALIA
An overnight flight to Australia - the Island
Continent.
Day 2 Day lost crossing
the international date line. This day is regained
on your return flight.
Day 3 ARRIVE SYDNEY
After clearing customs & immigration you will
be met by your hosts and transferred to your hotel.
SYDNEY
- Australia's largest city at 4 million, it is
the country's birth place. It is the most beautifully
situated city in Australia with a magnificent
harbor dominating its landscape. Sydney contains
the country's oldest buildings and earliest colonial
history contrasted with skyscrapers and a modern
cosmopolitan life-style. This afternoon we all
take a cruise on the beautiful Sydney Harbor followed
by a guided tour of the famed Opera House, which
took 19 years to complete at a cost of 102 million
dollars. Tonight our Welcome Cocktail & Dinner

Day 4 SYDNEY
We golf today at one of Sydney's best courses
- either Camden Lakeside or New South Wales.

G.C. - Par 72
Ranked no. 5 in Australia, this Dr. Alister MacKenzie
design is one of the treats. Situated at the site
of Captain Cook's landing in Australia; it also
offers great ocean views.
Dinner at a local Seafood
Restaurant.
Day 5 SYDNEY
Visit a Wildlife Park this morning where you will
see kangaroos, koalas, other native animals and
spectacular bird life. The rest of the day at
leisure - additional golf is available.
Another fine restaurant is our venue for dinner
tonight. Maybe the revolving Summit with its 360°
panoramic views of Sydney.

6 SYDNEY / BRISBANE / GOLD COAST
Transfer to Sydney's Domestic Terminal this morning
for our flight to Brisbane. On arrival we'll board
our coach for a short drive south to the Gold
Coast. This afternoon we golf at Hope Island.

A links type course designed by Peter Thomson.
He has created a course rich in the traditional
features of the great courses in Scotland and
Ireland.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
GOLD COAST - The center of which is Surfers Paradise,
Australia's most famous beach area. Bordered by
surf pounded beaches on one side and tranquil
waterways on the other. To the vacationer, the
Gold Coast means fun, sunshine, surf, bikinis,
good food, night life and good shopping.
Dinner at one of our hotels fine restaurants.
Day 7 GOLD COAST
Golf today at one of the Gold Coast's famous courses
- The Glades.
The
Glades - Par 72
Designed by Greg Norman, this championship course
is fast gaining a top reputation, and soon will
rank in Australia's Top 10. While here, any non-golfers
will take in some of the activities and sights
of Surfers Paradise e.g. Sea World, Currumbin
Bird Sanctuary, Jupiter's Casino, Dream World
or Lamington National Park. Dinner at an excellent
local restaurant.
Day 8 GOLD COAST
Another great course to experience today - Robina
Woods
Robina Woods Golf Course - Par 71
Designed by Marsh and Watson it opened in 1990. The rolling fairways are set amongst stately stands of towering eucalypts, natural waterways and lakes with some hills. Superb drainage enables the course to be open year round.
Each hole has its own character and challenge. The finishing hole is Robina's most recognisable - a par 5 played from an elevated tee via three water hazards to a well guarded green.
Day 9 GOLD COAST/CAIRNS
A short drive back to Brisbane this morning for
our flight to Cairns.
On arrival we will be met and transferred to
our hotel. This afternoon we'll enjoy a sightseeing
tour of the city & surrounding area with dinner
at a local restaurant.
CAIRNS
- A tropical city which has numerous beaches bathed
in sunshine. Backed by the Atherton Tablelands
with their spectacular rain forests, Cairns is
also the closest city to the Great Barrier Reef.
Known as Australia's Hawaii, it is a fresh new
tourist destination and with it's wonderful relaxed
atmosphere is a beautiful city with a back drop
of palms and cloud topped mountains. Cairns is
the gateway to some of Queensland's greatest attractions:
Cape York, the Atherton Tableland, the Great Barrier
Reef, the Tropical Islands, beautiful beaches
and the historic mining towns of Cooktown and
Chillagoe.
Day 10 CAIRNS
Golf today at Paradise Palms. Dinner tonight at
a local restaurant.

C.C. - Par 72
Set in lush tropical splendor, this Graham Marsh
designed championship course is a fine test and
provides an experience enjoyed by all.
Day 11 CAIRNS
Cruise to the Great Barrier Reef - a full day
of the Great Barrier Reef's special sights. Cruise
in air-conditioned luxury, aboard the high performance
vessel to the 3 level pontoon at the outer reef.
The pontoon features undercover seating, a beautiful
sundeck and full bar facilities. It also boasts
a brilliant underwater observatory, a safe swimming
and snorkeling area, fresh water showers and scuba
facilities with a semi submerged dive platform
for those wishing to partake in these optional
activities. Enjoy semi submersible or glass bottom
viewing, morning and afternoon snacks and a spectacular
smorgasbord luncheon.

Day 12 CAIRNS
Kuranda Rail and Skyrail Excursion. This is one
of Australia's most spectacular rail rides - the
Kuranda Motor Rail for unparalleled views of rainforests,
sugar cane plantations, and waterfalls - the Baron
Gorge and Stoney Creek Falls. Kuranda, in itself
an attraction, has close links with the gold-mining
booms of the past. Recently Kuranda has attracted
those people with an artistic bent. Kuranda offers
market stalls selling fruit and vegetables, leather,
jewelry and pottery.
The world's most beautiful rainforest experience,
the Skyrail, glides you silently only feet above
the rainforest canopy. At the end of the journey
at Caravonica Lakes, it's only a short walk to
the Tjapukai Aboriginal Theme Park. This evening
we have our Farewell and Awards Banquet.
Day 13 DEPART CAIRNS
At leisure prior to being transferred to the airport
for your departure back to the USA.
Your hosts will be available to assist with any
last minute requests.
Because you re-cross the International Date
Line you will arrive back in the States the same
day as your departure from Australia.
